By downloading, installing, or using the EasyZero mobile application ("App") or visiting this website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
These Terms are between you and Cervine Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). Cervine Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
EasyZero is a precision shooting aid that analyzes photographs of paper or steel targets to calculate scope correction adjustments. The App uses on-device machine learning to detect bullet holes, compute group statistics, and output turret adjustments in your chosen unit (MOA, MIL, or clicks).
EasyZero is an assistive calculation tool only. It is not a substitute for proper firearms training, safe gun-handling practices, or range safety rules. Always follow all applicable laws, range rules, and firearm safety procedures. Never rely solely on this App to make safety-critical decisions.
By using the App you represent that:
Scope correction calculations depend entirely on the accuracy of inputs you provide: the reference line you draw, the aim-point you mark, and any bullet-hole placements you adjust. Cervine Studios makes no warranty that calculated corrections will produce a desired real-world result. Always confirm zero safely before live fire.
The App, including its source code, machine-learning models, graphics, and interface design, is owned by Cervine Studios and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute any portion of the App.
You retain full ownership of any photos you take or import using the App. Because the App processes all images locally on your device and does not transmit them to our servers, Cervine Studios does not receive, store, or claim any rights to your photos or analysis results.
You agree not to use the App or Site to:
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. CERVINE STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CORRECTION OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CERVINE STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CERVINE STUDIOS' TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use is also subject to the applicable end-user license agreement of each platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the platform terms, the platform terms govern with respect to platform-specific provisions.
